Vic has sadly been advised not to drive due to eye problems and so has regretfully been forced to cancel his visit.
In his place we will be presenting the EAF Portfolio.
It shows copies of all the monochrome prints, colour prints and PDI's that were selected to form the EAF Exhibition that year

My friend Harry moved to Australia in 1980 and while visiting him in 2016 we made plans to do a Road Trip to the Red Centre of Australia and a cruise around New Zealand.
In 2019, my wife and I flew to Sydney to start a 10 week journey we will never forget. This is a travelog of our adventure and the wildlife encountered.

Vic starts by explaining how to apply and then the procedure for the accreditations, then how and when the adjudication is done.
He has a live power-point presentation thanks to an applicant who did her "CPAGB" then followed with her "DPAGB" using some, but not all, her Credit images in the Distinction.
After the break Vic shows a selection of successes to give members a taste of what is required. -

This talk comes with artistic approach to photography, stepping out of the club mainstream.
Along with individual images we see motivational benefits of working with Projects, Sets and Groups of image .
Most of my images are created using "in camera" techniques and the focus of the evening is about "Thinking Inside The Box".
The talk is primarily a print talk but presented via PowerPoint with 60 prints to display in the evening.

Two separate half evening technical talks, making for an evening where beginners and experts alike can learn (or be reminded) of something:
- Considering Composition - we often hear talk of "The rules of composition", but what are those rules and should we ignore them ? In this talk we explore the compositional tools we have available to us to make our pictures just a bit more interesting.
- If you do one thing today - its a new digital world and yet not many of us stop to think how easily we could lose all our information. In this talk we scare ourselves with tales of what could happen to our computers, photographs and information then look at ways to mitigate those risks.
