The EAF organises an Annual Exhibition every year and all members of affiliated clubs within the Federation are entitled to enter work via their club.
A downloadable file set, the EAF Portfolio, is created showing copies of all the monochrome prints, colour prints and PDI's that were selected to form the EAF Exhibition in that year. It also contains a summary of those entries that were then selected to represent the EAF in the PAGB Inter-Federation Print Competition and Exhibition.
The EAF Portfolio allows members a chance to see the style and standard of work which is currently being accepted in the EAF Exhibition and which has a chance of being selected at national level.
When the EAF gets new and enthusiastic members joining affiliated clubs it is important to help them to see ways in which they might develop their work further.

    Brand Advice
Do you want to understand a feature on your Canon, or find a menu on your Nikon, or would you like to share something about your Olympus or tell us about Sony - an evening of brand specific help and advice.

    Preloved Gear
Buy or sell pre-loved camera gear.  Bring along any items you no longer use, from cameras and lenses to bags, straps and accessories.  Label each item with a price and your name.
There will be plenty of opportunity to browse the items on sale and to chat to the owners about the kit.  This is a great chance to learn about the pre-loved items on sale before making the decision to purchase, and to streamline your kit by selling items which are taking up cupboard space at home!

Tonight the audience is the Judge.
Images will be randomly projected 2x2 and all you have to do is decide which of the two you prefer. The unsuccessful images will be eliminated and the successful images progress to the next round.

After the first round the successful images from the previous round will again be projected 2x2 with the unsuccessful images again eliminated and so on until only one image remains - the winner.

Abstract: It was Chase Jarvis who said, “The best camera is the one that's with you!”. [Chase Jarvis (1971-present): American photographer, director, artist, and entrepreneur]

In recent years, this Nordic destination, has made it to the ‘bucket lists’ not only for the casual tourist but also for the professional and enthusiastic photographers. A trip to this mesmerizing island is all about cool experiences, literally and figuratively.

This talk is a photoessay of a photographic trip to Iceland that went wrong through adverse weather conditions. However, thanks to high quality images delivered by iPhone 14 Pro, Hemant was able to capture the beauty of Icelandic winter landscapes, including a few iconic locations in the South-West part of the island.

Hemant will also impart some travel advice and few cautionary tales, if anyone is planning a visit to Iceland.
