So many people say that they wish they had ideas, stories to illustrate and were creative. This presentation guides you to examine your own experiences and preferences to draw on in creating unique images….. The second half demonstrates a number of editing techniques such as textures, overlays, colour grading and composites, opening that door to creative expression and image creation.
Jane works on the same image in 3 different ways to show how to create emotion and narrative within your work.
Come and join me on a journey across the Central American country of Costa Rica. A small country that packs a punch when it comes to biodiversity.
In this talk we will visit the Caribbean and Pacific Coasts, wetlands , the rainforest and cloud forest, each of which has special tropical species like toucans, hummingbirds, tanagers, parrots and monkeys.
I will explain how I got some of the images and the challenges of photography in the rainforest.

During this talk Peter takes us back into the history of Night Photography running alongside his family history in Photography and then on a tour around some of his favourite places for night photography in the UK.
He also shows some of the places he has been to further afield in cities like Dresden, Seville and New York.
During this journey he’ll be giving some hints and tips along the way, sprinkled with a bit of history about some of the places, so there is something for everyone. https://www.peterfbenson.co.uk
